Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto have been quiet for quite some time now after rumors of their love affair went online following the viral post of Anderson’s girlfirend Bea Alonzo on Instagram.
Alonzo’s celebrity friends and fans have been showing support to the actress while Anderson became inactive in posting stuff online.
Anderson’s last Instagram post was about Manny Pacquiao’s victory. Barretto on the other hand changes her privacy settings every now and then. The actress then tried to throw shade to some of her bashers in one of her photos with a cup of coffee saying unlike coffee she’s not asking for other people’s opinions.
Netizens were quick to point out that Anderson and Barretto liked the same post about every story having its two sides.
“There’s always two sides to every story. If you’re unwilling to hear the other side, and only draw your conclusion from a half told story, then you’re choosing to be a manipulated fool,” the post said.
There’s also an African proverb on the post that says “Until the lion learns to write, every story will always glorify the hunter.”
Barretto was being accused of being the third party on the Anderson-Alonzo break up.
In a Philippine Star article published Wednesday, columnist Ricky Lo said that Anderson admits courting Barretto.
