Former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis Chavit Singson was caught by no less than Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray in what netizens described as ‘Galawang Chavit’ act.
Singson and Gray are both sitting and waiting for the start of Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao’s fight against Keith Thurman at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Singson appeared to be tired and sleepy and attempted to lean on Gray’s shoulder.
