The couple have maintained their low profile status following their showbiz break. Cruz took an indefinite showbiz leave last year.
The actor, however, kept teasing his fans on a possible showbiz comeback, first with a food endorsement and photos of his recent Palawan trip with former leading lady Bea Alonzo.
