On her Instagram account, Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis-Smith shows netizens how it’s done.
She even has a detailed list of routines that she included in her caption.
It starts with a two-minute warm-up that involves jumping squats and squats with a 5kg medicine ball.
Her workout has three sets that still include squats, lunge, and leg curtsy.
For her finisher, she included 10 sets of mountain climbers, plank thrusters and plank jacks.
According to the Fil-Aussie actress, this is what she usually does during “lazy days. ”
To make it more fun, she includes a happy dance in between sets.
