Enchong Dee breaks world record for swim lessons

Actor Enchong Dee revealed that swimming lessons for children have just broken the ‘Guinness World Record’ for largest swimming lesson in a single venue.

On his Instagram account, Dee posted a photo of the swimming lesson together with the 1,800 children who attended the swimming and water safety lessons.

“Today, we broke the Guinness world record for the number of children being taught basic swimming skills and water safety in one day. We had approximately 1,800 Filipino Kids in @aquaplanetph with @bertlozadaswimschool partnering with #HandogPalangoyNiEnchong. Let’s take part for a #DrownFreePhilippines,” Dee said.

The grand swimming lesson was part of the actor’s longtime advocacy, which he has been doing since 2015.

Dee competed in the 2006 Asian Games and was part of the national swimming team before entering showbiz.

The Guinness recorder holder was found in Florida, which had 1,308 attendee. Guinness World Record has yet to proclaim Dee’s world record.
