Marlou Arizala ‘unprofessional’, talent agency searches for a new ‘Xander Ford’

Manila, Philippines– Citing alleged bad behavior and lack of professionalism, Xander Ford’s talent agency has stripped the social media star of his screen name and is looking for a replacement.

In a facebook post, Star Image Artist Management narrates how Marlou Arizala, Ford’s real name, has reached out to them to revive his dying career. The former ‘Hasht5’ member gained popularity online but was later on criticized because of his inappropriate comments.

Arizala then announced that something big was coming and his transformation to Xander Ford was documented and shown in the ABS CBN TV magazine show ‘Rated K’.

The agency however revealed that the transformation did not do any good to Arizala and his attitude towards work and colleagues worsened.

The agency also confirmed the altercation between ABS-CBN marshalls, with the Arizala boastfully shouting “Hindi niyo ba ako kilala?” Damage control has been done in this particular incident.

Arizala was also involved in an un-aired episode of Vice Ganda’s Gandang Gabi Vice and his comments against the phenomenal star Kathryn Bernardo were proven true.

Star Image has placed Arizala on indefinite suspension in 2018, but decided to get back the name ‘Xander Ford’ and give it to the person who can be a role model to everyone.

The agency said their contract with Arizala is binding and will last until 2022. Any bookings or engagements without the management’s approval will be subject to legal actions.
