Supreme: KZ Tandingan concert saw thousands of Filipinos getting ‘KZ-fied’ with KZ’s explosive performances all throughout the night! The concert, organized by La Verdad Events Management, was an astounding success with stars like TJ Monterde, Jay-R, and Rhea Basco all proving to the world that the Filipinos’ talent for singing is truly world class.
KZ, known for engaging the crowd with her wit and her love to share the spotlight with a few fans on the big stage.
One performance saw The Filipino Times’ very own singing sensation and PlayDo frontman Kris Ayuso performing Joey Albert’s classic hit: “Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin”.
Tandingan’s version of ‘Wag Ka Nang Umiyak’ – her song dedicated to all OFWs here in the UAE, was shared on stage with young multi award-winning Dubai Filipina singer Katrina Casia.
The crowd was in for a surprise treat as half-Emirati, and half-Pinoy Fahed Al Baloushi, known in the blogging community as the “Emaratino Traveler”, sang together with KZ to perform her iconic hit “Mahal Ko o Mahal Ako.”
KZ Tandingan also performed a variety of covers and originals that had the crowd cheering and enjoying the entire evening as they all celebrated the success of the first international leg of Supreme: KZ Tandingan concert and made history with KZ as the first Filipina performer to fill the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena in a sold out concert.
