Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has arrived in the Philippines for her official homecoming celebration and her fans can’t wait for the grand events prepared for her.

On Saturday morning, Gray, accompanied by her Miss Universe team, returned to the Philippines from New York and arrived at the airport under tight security.

The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc., under Stella Marquez-Araneta, has prepared a grand homecoming for the new Miss Universe titleholder.

She will be having two grand parades, one of which will happen on February 21 at 2:00 PM.

On board a lava-inspired float which is similar to the dress she wore to the pageant, the parade will pass by Sofitel Grounds, Vicente Sotto Street, Roxas Boulevard, Kalaw Avenue in Manila, Taft Avenue, Buendia Avenue, and Ayala Avenue.

The other parade will happen on February 23 at 4:00 PM. The parade will start at Novotel Manila and end at the Smart Araneta Center.

The fourth Filipina Miss Universe is also expected to visit some of the organizations close to her heart including LoveYourself Philippines, Smile Train, and Young Focus Philippines.

A grand homecoming show is slated for Gray at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on February 24. She is also expected to pay a courtesy call to Vice President Leni Robredo.

Gray won the Philippines’ fourth Miss Universe crown during the coronation night of the said pageant held on December 17, 2018, in Bangkok, Thailand.

After winning the crown, she briefly returned to the Philippines to spend the holidays with her family.

During the first week of 2019, Gray flew to New York City wherein she will be based during her reign as Miss Universe.
