Celebrities congratulate Miriam Quiambao after giving birth to baby boy

Miss Universe 1999 first runner-up Miriam Quiambao has given birth to her son Elijah via cesarean delivery at the age of 43.

Her husband Ardy Roberto posted their first family photo on Instagram a little after midnight of February 17 to announce that the former beauty queen gave birth to their miracle baby.

“Welcome to the world, Elijah! Thanks for your prayers! Everything went well with the emergency CS tonight. Had a great team led by Dr. Becky Singson, so blessed and overwhelmed by God’s goodness!” Roberto captioned the photo.

“More to come. Have to take care of my wifey now as she recovers from the procedure. Please continue to pray for her,” he added.

Roberto also made it clear to his followers that their baby is “fine and is a model breastfeeder.”

A few hours before Quiambao delivered her baby, Roberto first announced on social media that she will do an emergency CS procedure.

For her part, Quiambao also posted the same photo to share that her baby is healthy and that she is thankful to God for the wonderful blessing He has given them.

A day after, she posted another photo of her eating a slice of pizza as a way to treat herself after giving birth.

Finally! This is the moment I have long been waiting for: baby feeds on me while I feed on pizza!!! ??? . For the past year, ever since I learned that I am intolerant to certain foods, I have been avoiding rice, dairy, potatoes, breads and anything that has wheat in it (except pasta made of pure durum wheat semolina which I am not intolerant to). . Scientific studies have shown that when we eat foods that we are intolerant to, it causes certain inflammation and delayed onset allergic reactions in our body which could include allergic rhinitis, migraines, skin irritations and the like. It could also possibly lead to other chronic health conditions in the future. In my case, any inflammation in my body may have been a reason for infertility and other effects that may trigger a reaction that could worsen my APAS condition and lead to further complications in my pregnancy. I learned what those foods are by taking the Food Intolerance blood test from Hi Precision Diagnostics. . Now that I have given birth, I can finally got to treat myself to some much anticipated pizza! Yummm!!! . Tomorrow, I’m back to my regular programming but today, I shall indulge. Happy Sunday! . #SundayIndulgenceDay #CelebratingLife #ElijahDay1
