Sunshine Cruz calls out chef who sent her lewd private messages

Actress Sunshine Cruz took to her social media account to call out a netizen named Lorence Anthony D. Guardian for sending her lewd private messages.

Through a Facebook post dated February 12, Cruz said that she received a Direct Message (DM) on Instagram from Guardian who uses the handle @cheflorence_butcherchef.

As seen in Guardian’s Instagram account, he works as a chef in a restaurant in Metro Manila.

“I just saw this now. Chef pa naman. Hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon mananahimik kami. Masyadong bastos!” Cruz said on Facebook.

She also attached a screenshot of the messages she received from Guardian wherein the latter said that he is fantasizing about her and her three daughters. Cruz censored parts of the messages that were too explicit.

“Hindi ako madalas pumatol sa mga katulad mo pero may hangganan din ang pasensya ko. Tao lang din ako na nagtatrabaho nang maayos para sa mga anak ko. Ang anak ko na menor de edad huwag na huwag mo bastusin,” she said in a separate post.

Many netizens took Cruz’s side and lambasted Guardian for sending such messages.

A few hours after Cruz posted the screenshots on Facebook, Guardian claimed that his Instagram account has been hacked and he was not the one who sent those messages to Cruz.

However, Cruz did not buy Guardian’s explanation.

Cruz said: “Kuya, hindi kami pinanganak kahapon. Bobo lang ang maniniwala sayo! You blocked me suddenly on Instagram!”

“Bakit biglang blocked/user not found na? Lorence Anthony Diola Guardian, umayos ka! Nanay mo babae din,” she added.

Sunshine gets an apology

The restaurant where Guardian works sent Cruz a Direct Message on Instagram to apologize to the actress.

“We apologize to everyone, and especially you and your family, affected by the offensive post on Instagram,” the restaurant said.

Guardian’s employers also promised that they will take the messages seriously and have the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) assist in probing the matter.

“We are horrified that you and your daughters were subjected to such repugnant conduct. We will inform Mr. Guardian’s employer about these messages to help them resolve this issue properly. We will also write the NBI a letter to seek their assistance,” it added.
