Authorities speculate burglary in Manny Pacquiao’s LA mansion was an inside job

A few days since burglars broke into Manny Pacquiao’s mansion in Los Angeles, authorities gave updates on their investigation after they were given a copy of the CCTV footage of the crime.

The boxing-icon-turned-politician received the news that burglars were able to enter his mansion, which is located in a posh area in South Plymouth, only a day after he was able to defend his World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight title against American boxer Adrien Broner, reported PEP.ph.

In a report by GMA News, the authorities said that they are still conducting investigations regarding the incident, but they found out through the CCTV footage that the burglars did not exert much effort to get into the house, which led them to speculate that it was an inside job.

The report also said that not less than four men who were wearing hoodies were involved in the crime.

According to Pacquiao’s team and family members, some of the items that were stolen include shoes, designer clothes, and a laptop. It remains unclear if more items were stolen.

This isn’t the first time Pacquiao’s LA mansion was robbed. The same incident happened back in 2011.
