The audio recording of Kris Aquino’s grave threats to her former project manager Nicko Falcis have already spread online.
It can be recalled that Falcis said that Aquino threatened to have him killed when they had a long-distance phone call on September 27, 2018.
Since then, the audio recording of the said phone call has been shared by netizens online and it can be heard that Aquino was fuming with anger as she warns Falcis not to step in the Philippines because it would cost his life.
A part of conversation went as follows:
Nicko Falcis: Madam… hello
Kris Aquino: “You [explicit] Nicko, okay. NO!”
NF: Madam…
KA: “HUWAG ka nang bumalik sa Pilipinas, nadinig mo, NO, huwag ka, PAPAPATAY KA NG PAMILYA KO, you know what, you know what’s wrong with me? MAY LUPUS AKO, NICKO!” (Shouting)
NF: Oh My God…Madam… Madam… (Crying)
KA: “That’s why, gusto mong bumalik sa Pilipinas? Dare to step in this country and you will be dead.”
NF: Madam…
Aquino said in the phone call that all of the stress caused by her financial issues took a toll on her health. She added that she will be flying to Singapore to have a medical check-up.
“I am going to Singapore. ‘Pag nakuha ko yung diagnosis, you know me, I will tell the Philippines what is wrong with me, and the entire Philippines trusts me,” Aquino can be heard saying towards the end of the phone call as Falcis was sobbing in the background.
After the audio recording spread online, Aquino took to Instagram to address the issue and question why Falcis did not file grave threat charges against her.
She posted a photo with the words: “My TRUTH doesn’t scare me. Please, do us all a favor. File charges against me. Unlike you, I’ll woman up and face all of them IMMEDIATELY.”
Aquino wrote on Instagram: “I will state the date September 27, 2018. It is now January 15, 2019.
“Two very straightforward questions: Why hasn’t Nicko Falcis filed a case of grave threats against me with any prosecutor in October, November, December 2018, or this first half of January 2019? 110 days have passed. I am ready to face whatever charges and vigorously defend myself in the court of law.
“Second question: Bakit hanggang ngayong araw, ayaw sagutin kung nasaan ang P40 million investment na galing sa trust fund ng mga anak ko?”
The said post has since been deleted from Aquino’s account.
