Canadian-Filipino Hollywood actress Shay Mitchell tried to channel her inner Miss Universe by trying to look like Catriona Gray.

Mitchell, who is currently in Manila, uploaded a video on her Instagram Story showing her getting glammed up for a press conference of the Netflix series “You”.

“Just trying to look like Miss Universe over here, you know what I mean?” she said in the video while tagging Gray’s Instagram account.

After watching the video, Gray went into ‘fangirl’ mode and reposted the same clip on her own Instagram Stories.

Mitchel, whose mother is a Filipino, rose to fame for her role as Emily Fields in the US television series “Pretty Little Liars”. She also appeared on several films such as “Dreamland”, “Mother’s Day”, and “The Possession of Hannah Grace”.

On the other hand, Gray is currently in New York to attend to her Miss Universe duties.
