International supermodel and entrpreneur Tyra Banks is still not over the Miss Universe hype nearly a month after the pageant’s coronation night.
Banks, who is mostly known for creating and hosting the long-time running “America’s Next Top Model”, took to Twitter on January 11 to say that she still can’t get Catriona Gray’s signature “lava walk” out of her head.

Gray’s “lava walk” became a trending topic on social media after the Miss Universe preliminary competition because of her impressive slow motion turn and long strides.
The Miss Universe Organization noticed Banks’ tweet and told the world-renowned supermodel they they would love to see her strutting on a runway with Gray.
“We would love to see you and @catrionaelisa #lavawalk together!” the MUO replied.
Gray also reposted Banks’ tweet on her own Instagram Stories and said that it would a dream come true if she will be given the chance to do her signature walk with Banks.
On New Year’s Eve, Banks also asked her social media followers to tag her in their runway walk videos and told them to “serve [her] some Pinoy style power” like Gray’s lava walk.
Banks previously commended Gray’s runway skills and even described it as “Pinoy power to the max”.
She also congratulated Gray after the latter won the title of Miss Universe 2018 and tagged her walk and confidence as “next level fierce”.
