Unknown to many pageant fans, Miss Canada Marta Magdalena Stepien visited Dubai before she flew to Bangkok, Thailand for the Miss Universe 2018 beauty pageant held last month.

Stepien made a quick stop to Dubai and visited some of its famous landmarks.

One of the things that the Canadian beauty queen did in Dubai back in November was to visit Filipino designer Michael Cinco, who eventually created the evening gown she wore in the competition.

It can be recalled that Stepien wore a nude colored fully crystallized gown with a sweeping train during the evening gown competition of Miss Universe 2018.

But aside from wearing Cinco’s creation during the said pageant, Stepien also appeared on Cinco’s fashion show during Arab Fashion Week last November.

She also posted photos when she visited the Filipino designer in his boutique in Dubai.

She also posted more photos when went around the city.

Stepien also did a photoshoot at the Desert Safari.

Based on her Instagram posts, she then went to Thailand for the pageant wherein finished as a Top 10 finalist.
