Kapamilya actress Maymay Entrata posted a heartwarming message dedicated for all overseas Filipino workers.
Entrata, who also happens to be a child of an OFW, took to her Instagram account to share a short but meaningful message dedicated to her mother who will stay in Japan after they spent the holidays together there.
As she was about to board her flight back to the Philippines, Entrata wrote: “Ngayon mas naintindihan ko na kung gaano kasakit mawalay sa mahal mo sa buhay para lang matustusan ang pangangailangan nila. Mahal na mahal kita ma alam mo yan.”
She also shared a short message of appreciation for all OFWs across the world who chose to leave their families to give them a better life.
“Kaya sa lahat po ng OFW ako po ay saludo sa sakripisyo, pagtitiis, at pagmamahal ng walang katumbas para lang mabigyan ang mahal nyo sa buhay ng magandang kinabukasan,” she added.
Entrata has revealed in the past that she grew up with her grandparents as her mother worked abroad. Aside from her mother, Entrata’s brother works as an OFW too.
