Meet the Pinoy couple who hired Boyce Avenue to perform at their wedding

Singer-beauty queen Shirley Vy and businessman Kevin Wong tied the knot in a wedding grandiose ceremony.

With many netizens comparing the ceremony to the wedding scene in “Crazy Rich Asians”, theirs was held at the National Shrine of Saint Jude in Manila, which was adorned with fresh flowers that covered every inch of the walls of the church.

For starters, the bride wore an Elie Saab custom-made gown which is estimated have cost around $7,500 to $27,000.

But it does not stop there because an equally fancy reception followed at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resort and Casino.

Multiple chandeliers, a towering 11-foot cake, an LED screen made up of 580 panels, and more floral decor were all present at the said reception.

And to add to the grand occasion, the couple even flew in Boyce Avenue to the Philippines to perform exclusively at their wedding.

The famous American acoustic band treated the wedding guests with their rendition of the songs “Unchained Melody” and “Say You Won’t Let Go” among others.
