There are spreading rumors that Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez will finally bid farewell to GMA-7 after working with them for years.
PEP.ph reported that the singing competition “The Clash” is believed to be Velasquez’s last television project with GMA-7 as she will no longer be renewing her contract with the said network station, and will transfer to its rival ABS-CBN.
The same report also said that Velasquez will just shoot the remaining episodes of her weekly show “Sarap Diva” before finally saying goodbye to its production staff.
A PEP source also told reporters of the entertainment news website that there is a huge possibility of Velasquez transferring to ABS-CBN since her husband Ogie Alcasid already did.
Alcasid transferred to ABS-CBN in 2017 and has been worked on several Kapamilya shows including “It’s Showtime”, “Home Sweetie Home”, and “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”.
