Actor-politician Jolo Revilla finally spoke about the state of his relationship with Jodi Sta. Maria.
Netizens began to wonder if they are still together after Revilla posted a series of cryptic posts on social media.
Revilla’s posts were not directly addressed to someone but they all speak about leaving things in his life up to fate.
Ever since the speculations sparked, Revilla finally spoke up about the issue in Ricky Lo’s Funfare column in The Philippine Star on Wednesday, June 27.
Lo said that Revilla initially did not want to talk about the issue by simply saying “no comment” about it, but he then went on to simply say that Sta. Maria “brings out the best in [him]”.
Though he did not give a direct answer if he and Sta. Maria have called it quits, Revilla made it pretty clear they they are going through “difficult” times at the moment.
“We may be in a difficult situation now but I’m thankful kasi madami akong natutunan sa relasyon namin. Anuman ang kinakaharap namin ngayon, I believe that God has a plan for us,” Revilla was quoted in the said column.
Revilla and Sta. Maria has started dating in 2012, but in 2016, the latter confirmed that they have broken up. Since then, the two have made up and got back together.
