Kris Aquino took back everything she had said in the past regarding her online tirade with Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson.
Kris and Mocha’s online feud started when the latter uploaded a video on Facebook comparing an old clip showing some Filipina while kissing Ninoy, with the video of President Rodrigo Duterte kissing a Filipina in South Korea that recently sparked backslash.

Since then, Kris called out on Asec. Mocha ‘disrespect’ for her late father. She even challenged her to face her anytime, anywhere.
On June 10, Kris expressed through a lengthy Instagram post that she has assessed about her reaction towards the incident, and said that her parents would have reprimanded her for such actions.
She went on by apologizing to Mocha who was simply “doing her job”.
“Sino ba ang pinaka makikinabang kung bastusin ang inambag ni Cory at Ninoy Aquino para sa demokrasya ng [Pilipinas]? Siempre yung nagnakaw nun. I’m sorry nagalit ako sa ‘nagtrabaho lang’,” Kris wrote.
“Nakalimutan nung girl boss na may sariling production company na matagal mag edit,” she said referring to herself. “Especially when materials you’re working with have to be digitally remastered to become high resolution. From Korea paano ka naman magkaka-time na maghalungkat ng footage ng tatay ko, na mismong Aquino library namin sa Tarlac hindi kumpleto ang videos from August 21, 1983?” she said.
She continued by saying that it is only right for Mocha to not issue an apology because the one to blame is the ‘mastermind’ who was behind everything.

“Tama kang wag mag-sorry sa ‘kin. Hindi ikaw ang mastermind,” Kris said on Instagram.
However, she clarified that the ‘mastermind’ she is referring to is not President Duterte.
“No, I am not referring to [President Duterte]. Walang plus points kay Presidente kung sirain niya ang alaala ng mga magulang ko,” she said.
Kris ended her post by leaving a message to Mocha.
“You weren’t deserving of the hatred from my fans and supporters. Yung nagbabayad sa editors and writers mo ang dapat awayin at halukayin ang nakaraan, gawan ng memes at murahin, not you.
“I live in the territory of politically motivated hate because my last name is Aquino. It’s part of my DNA and identity. We are part of history.
“To [Mocha Uson], I understand you. If you hit my parents again, I know trabaho lang,” she said.
