Megastar Sharon Cuneta revealed through an Instagram post that something has changed in her relationship with daughter KC Concepcion.
In her Instagram post on May 15, Cuneta opened up about the state of her relationship with her children, Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.
In the same post, the Megastar opened up about how her relationship with KC, her daughter with Gabby Concepcion, has changed.
It can also be recalled that many reports in the past said that the two of them deal with misunderstandings often.
As stated on her Instagram post, Cuneta is happy with the close relationship she has with Frankie and Miel, but it is not the same case with KC.
“I admittedly didn’t have this kind of relationship na with KC after she turned 13. She had the best of my youth though. And she was the best kid ever!” Cuneta wrote.
“I somehow just lost her somewhere years back, though I love her very much and will be here for her anytime,” she added.
Sharon said that KC’s strong sense of independence had an impact on their relationship.
“She’s a full-grown adult so I don’t expect that I’ll suddenly have such a big impact on her life now! I wanted her to grow up independent, but medyo too independent na siya which isn’t necessarily a bad thing,” Cuneta continued.
Cuneta then said that she misses the old relationship she had with KC.
“I just miss that I know I have four kids and am able to share my life with only three. No bad. All good naman,” she said,
Referring to her other three kids, Frankie, Miel, and Miguel, Cuneta said, “These 3 gremlins naman are my joy and ‘entertainment’ at home!
