Mom of teen in ‘paparazzi’ video files case vs Ellen Adarna

Myra Abo Santos, mother of the 17-year-old girl whom Ellen Adarna tagged as a paparazzi, has already filed lawsuits against the sexy actress.

According to ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, Myra has filed child abuse and cybercrime cases against Ellen earlier today, May 15, at the Office of the Prosecutor in Pasig City.

On May 7, Myra publicly addressed the issue through a Facebook post.

Myra said on a Facebook post that Ellen’s paparazzi video, which was uploaded without their family’s consent, has caused them “unneeded stress and unwanted attention”.

She also condemned the actress for posting “a one-sided narrative”.

The girl’s mother added in her post that they have tried reaching out to Ellen about the matter but the actress did not respond.

Myra ended her post by saying that their family is now seeking legal assistance to address Ellen’s actions and that her family is demanding a public apology from her.

“My family and I have begun seeking legal assistance. As advised by our lawyer, we are now writing this letter. As her family, we ask you to publicly apologise to Eleila. We prefer not to take this further, but as our only daughter, we are ready to take this wherever needed to protect her integrity.

“As much as no one has the right to breach your privacy, you have no right to ruin my daughter’s reputation.

“My lawyer indicates that you will have five days to reply to this letter. Should you fail or refuse to do so, we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal actions necessary under the circumstances, to protect and uphold the best interest and welfare of our 17-year-old, Eleila A. Santos,” she said.

Adarna has previously said that Elaila was indeed taking a photo of her and even advised the 17-year-old student to stop acting like a victim, However, she has not released further statements since then.
