A high school student who Ellen Adarna claimed taking ‘paparazzi’ photos of her eating in a restaurant in Makati hits back at the actress.
Adarna sparked the paparazzi debate after she posted an Instagram story showing a girl allegedly taking a photo of her.
“When you PAP us, we PAP you. It’s a tie. #PAParazziMoves,” Ellen’s IG post read.
Eleila, the girl Adarna mentioned in her post, snapped at the actress and posted a tweet explaining her side of the story.
“So we were casually eating ramen and this happens…We didn’t notice her or even knew it was her. I just wanted to story our food,” Eleila said on Twitter.
“To reply lang naman to her story we really had no clue she was there. thats why i took a vid of not only my food cause I was showing the restaurant as well :// I did not panic at all cause why would I? I didn’t even see her take a video of us,” she added.

In a separate IG story, Adarna tagged and asked Elbert Cuenca, owner of restaurant Mendokoro Ramenba, to provide CCTV footage to finally shed light on the matter.
“Your reaction in the video that I took explains it all. Like, you looked so guilty, you didn’t even know what to do if you should pick up your chopsticks,” Adarna said.
“Girl, you can deny all you want but before your food arrived, you guys knew what you were doing. But whatever, feeling na kung feeling pero ‘di kami tanga,” the actress also said.
Adarna also advised Eleila to stop “acting like a victim”.
“Girl, you can stop acting like a victim and know that there’s always two sides of the story, and people will always choose a side. You can deal with your bashers because me, I can handle them pretty well.”
