Ellen Adarna’s name is the center of yet another speculation: has she already given birth in Singapore?
It all began when one of Adarna’s friends, Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 second runner-up Sofia Romero, posted a congratulatory message on her Instagram account. Attached to the message is a throwback photo of her and Adarna.
“Congrats on motherhood. Ikaw ang nagwagi,” Romero wrote.
Romero has since deleted the post but many netizens were able to take a screenshot of it.
Following Romero’s shocking post came speculations from netizens who claim that Adarna has given birth at Thomson Medical Center in Singapore.
According to a Facebook Scoop posted by entertainment blogger Fashion Pulis, one anonymous netizen said that Adarna gave birth in Singapore last month.
“Bawal po kasi maglabas ng news tungkol sa pasyente ng kahit na anong hospital dito [sa Singapore] dahil may… regulasyon po to protect the patient’s privacy at makakasuhan ang lalabag sa batas,” the netizen explained on why Adarna chose to gave birth outside of the country.
“No video taking and picture po lahat ng hospitals dito. Unless with the permission of the patient and the patient’s family,” the netizen added.
The netizen further said that many were able to spot Adarna before she gave birth but no one was able to get close because of tight security. Many celebrities, politicians, and close friends were also there to visit Adarna, as per the netizen.
However, no official confirmation from Adarna’s side has been released.
