Beauty queen-turned-actress Precious Lara Quigaman confirmed on Instagram that she is pregnant with her second child.
“Our prayer has been answered in the most unexpected time, but we believe that God’s timing is always the perfect time. And so news travels fast and we can’t keep this little blessing to ourselves anymore,” she said on Instagram.
Quigaman said that she is expecting to give birth by October this year.
However, Quigaman’s husband model-actor Marco Alcaraz said that she is having a difficult pregnancy because Quigaman often experiences dizziness and morning sickness.
Aside from that, Quigaman is currently part of the all-star cast of ABS-CBN’s fantaserye “Bagani”, wherein she plays Dilag, the older sister of Liza Soberano’s character, Ganda.
“Muntik nga siyang mahilo dun sa set ng Bagani. All-star cast kasi, nahiya siyang i-cut yung sarili. Buti na lang nakita siya ni Rayver [Cruz] na muntik nang himatayin, pinuntahan niya si Lara para i-cut na sila.
“Sabi ni Rayver, putlang-putla na raw. Muntik na talagang himatayin. Nahiya lang si Lara na mag-cut kasi nga all-star cast, kaya tiniis niya,” Alcaraz said in an interview with PEP.
Quigaman also revealed that she is worried because Bagani just started airing which means shooting days are still ongoing. However, she assured that she can still take on her role.
“Hopefully, maging okay lahat. Maging healthy ang pregnancy. Tuloy pa naman ang taping. Sobrang relaxed naman yung taping namin, e,” Quigaman said.
