WATCH: Ogie Alcasid gatecrashes wedding to serenade newlyweds

Everybody would want their wedding to be special and memorable, and for newlyweds Ryan Lucila and Noureen Ojastro, it is something that they have definitely achieved.

Lucila and Ojastro were in the middle of their wedding reception when Ogie Alcasid, an uninvited guest, decided to walk through the doors and gatecrash their celebration.

The unexpected appearance of Alcasid at the wedding was planned by Ian Celis, the photographer and videographer who documented the wedding in Silang, Cavite last March 12.

Celis uploaded the entire surprise on his Facebook page, Ian Celis Productions.

“I made Ogie Alcasid gatecrash the wedding that our team was shooting last night at Silang, Cavite! We agreed that he’ll sing “Ikaw Ang Tanging Pag-ibig Ko”, the song that I’ll be using for the same day edit wedding video. It’s a single from his latest album, Nakakalokal,” Celis wrote.

The video started with Alcasid standing outside of the venue, telling the viewers that he would like to know the feeling of crashing a wedding.

He then abruptly entered the hall, and it can be seen on the newlywed’s faces that they were in shock of what was happening.

“Hello, magandang gabi po sa inyo, hello po, ma-walang galang na po kasi wala naman akong galang. Magandang gabi po,” Alcasid cried out as he entered the room.

Guests started pulling out their phones to take pictures and videos of their unexpected but very much welcomed guest.

“Eh napadaan lang ako eh. Eh gusto ko sana mag crash lang ng wedding. Pwede bang kantahan ko kayo, okay lang ba yon? Okay lang sa inyo?” Alcasid asked.

“Kakantahan ko po kayo ha. Ito po yung siguro makapagpapa-alala sa inyo nung una kayong umibig sa isa’t isa. Music please,” he said before he started singing.

Alcasid also congratulated the couple and gave them his best wishes as they entered a new chapter of their lives together.
