Catriona Gray will once again try her luck in beauty pageants.
Gray revealed on her Instagram that she will be one of the candidates for this year’s Binibining Pilipinas pageant.
“Today marks the reveal of an evolution of self that has been quietly happening away from the public’s eye for a little while now. It was in no way planned, but sometimes the stars align to make things happen,” she wrote in her post.
She recently went to the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. office in Quezon City to file her application.
It can be recalled that Gray won Miss World Philippines 2016 crown, and finished as one of the top 5 finalists in Miss World 2016.
Aside from Gray, other celebrities, such as volleyball player Michelle Gumabao and ex-Pinoy Big Brother housemate Vickie Rushton, will be joining the said pageant.
Binibining Pilipinas is the annual pageant that chooses the country’s representative for Miss Universe, Miss International, and other global pageants.
