Isabel Granada fans establish Aneurysm Awareness Foundation

Supporters of the late actress Isabel Granada built a foundation to spread awareness about aneurysm, the illness that killed the 41-year-old actress.

The Aneurysm Awareness Foundation aims to educate the public on how to prevent and deal with this illness.

Mommy Guapa, Granada’s mother, approved of the foundation.

According to Healthline, “an aneurysm occurs when an artery’s wall weakens and causes an abnormally large bulge”, which then can “rupture and cause internal bleeding”.

A Requiem Mass was offered for the repose of Granada’s soul last night, Nov. 7, at the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Doha, Qatar.

The actress’ husband Arnel Cowley posted several photos of his happy wife on his Facebook account in mourning.

“Our love for each other is so deep that it can never be replaced. I miss you My Baby Isabel Granada,” Cowley posted today, Nov. 8.

Granada’s remains will arrive at the Philippines at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Nov. 9.

Her wake will be open to the public on Nov. 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m at the Santuario de San Jose Parish in East Greenhills, Mandaluyong City.
