Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2017 Rachel Peters is gearing up to bring home the crown, squeezing in a last-minute tan in Palawan.

The country’s representative to this year’s Miss Universe pageant is in Amanpulo for her birthday celebration.

“Last chance to top my tan up before Miss Universe,” she captioned the photo of her donning a sexy two-piece bikini.

The British-Filipina beauty queen also shared she’s in tip-top shape for the pageant, posing in a green one-piece swimsuit.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will be flying to the United States next month to attend the prestigious beauty pageant event.

She shared that Peters has reached out to her and asked for advice.

“Tinanong niya ako kung anong mga kailangan tandaan or isipin. Sabi ko, ‘Focus ka lang. Huwag ka madi-distract and enjoy ka lang,” ABS-CBN News quoted Wurtzbach as saying.

Reigning Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere will be crowning her successor on November 26 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, where Wurtzbach’s controversial win happened.

Television host Steve Harvey will be hosting the beauty pageant for the third time.
