Broadway actress and singer Rachelle Ann Go just got engaged to American businessman Martin Spies.
She posted a snapshot of Spies proposing to her at a beach in Boracay Friday morning, August 8.
“I just prayed for this on my 31st birthday and just like that this happened…Thank you Father God for this man,” she captioned the photo.
Go celebrated her birthday on August 31 with friends and family in the Philippines.
She confirmed her relationship with Spies, who is a business executive for American luxury fitness company Equinox, only last August.
Go is set to play Eliza Schuyler in the London West End production of the musical Hamilton created by the multi-awarded Lin-Manuel Miranda.
