A property developer in the Philippines has recently released a true-to-life online video advertisement that has garnered a mixed bag of reactions among OFWs.
The video narrates an OFW discovering his wife cheating back home has gone viral on Facebook after gaining 3.1 million views, just a day after it was uploaded.
The ad tugged at some heartstrings because of the unfortunate event when he went home to surprise his wife and son.
OFW came home to learn his wife cheated on him
The ad shows an OFW riding a taxi in a rainy night. During the ride, he remembers the times when he endures all the hard times in work like public humiliation and accidentally being locked inside a container for his family.
When he got on the door, he saw his son playing with a toy car. Later, his wife would come and was surprised to see him.
He was ecstatic to see him until he saw another man in the house and kissed his wife. But it pierced his heart even more when his son called the man “Dad”.
The man decided to move on and find a new house to live. He looked at a picture of his former wife and his son and decided to keep the picture in a box.
