Mark Herras faces assault complaint from taxi driver

Mark Herras is unfazed by a recent physical altercation case hurled against him and his friends by a taxi driver.

Taxi driver Salvador Ogdiman appeared before the Quezon City Police District Station 10 on October 27 to report a supposed assault on his person made by one of the Kapuso actor’s companions on the night before.
According to Ogdiman’s statement, it all started when his taxi and Herras’ vehicle almost collided on Timog Avenue. He alleged that Herras’ RAV4, driven by the actor’s brother, was running too fast. Ogdiman added that Herras’s group went on to provoke him.

Herras, for his part, refuted Ogdiman’s claims, saying that it was the latter who was running too fast and that it was Ogdiman who provoked their group.

He admitted, though, that he went out of his car, carrying a piece of wood but only for self-defense. He said that security guards of his home network GMA 7 stopped him and brought him into the building.

The 26-year-old actor-dancer said he has no plans of filing a counter complaint against Ogdiman, saying that he prefers a peaceful dialog.
