Former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla has already cast his vote in Cavite.
Revilla, who is running for senator, arrived at a polling precinct in Cavite with his wife, Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado and son, incumbent Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla.
The older Revilla became a controversial candidate this midterm elections after many netizens questioned his candidacy due to his connection to the pork barrel scam.
Revilla was acquitted of plunder case in December 2018 but that did not stop netizens from creating “memes” on social media sites tagging him as a thief.
