His Holiness Pope Francis arrived at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi on Monday, February 4.
Pope Francis was welcomed by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE’s Armed Forces.
To mark the arrival of the Pope to the Palace, airplanes also flew on the skies spraying yellow and white smoke.
