BULLIED NO MORE. Matthea Puzon Lazo, 13 years old of Team AAK Philippines was bullied when she was younger and so she resolved it won’t happen again.

Lazo won Gold in Individual Kumite 12-13 years old and Silver in Individual Kata 12-13 years old in the just concluded  7th Karatedo Goju-kai World Championship held at Richmond Olympic Oval, Richmond Canada. The Philippine team ranked 5th overall out of the 25 countries that competed. Kudos!
