When young couple, Liezl and Luis Cruz, Jr., both Mindanaoans, saw that the restaurant they opened in Tagaytay – Silver Bucket – was doing great, they thought of bringing the dining experience over to the UAE.
The Cruzes opened their first UAE branch of Silver Bucket Restaurant in Al Ain and, after running successfully for over a year now, they set up another in Abu Dhabi and called it Ultimate Silver Bucket Restaurant.

Located on the ground floor of Al Muroor Tower along 4th Street, Murror Road, this suburbia country-style restaurant, painted all over with refreshing white and apple green hues and shades, would seem pricey, but nay – with till you open the menu.
“I want to have a restaurant that has a good ambience as well as good food that people would really come back to; that when they come here, they will discover that the place looks expensive but actually the prices are very affordable. Hindi ka mahihiya to bring your clients and friends to dine with you. We use high quality ingredients like what five star hotels are using,” said Liezl.
True enough, everything served in this quaint dining place is good to taste just like it’s Kung Pao Chicken pasta, which is much in demand as is cooked in perfect al dente with the sweet and salty taste you crave in an Asian-style cooking hitting the spot.
