Start your CPK dining experience with a not-so-heavy range of bestselling appetizers i.e. Avocado Club Egg Roll, Dynamite Shrimp and Crispy Mac n’ Cheese.
Save some of your appetite for main course hero dishes with which BBQ short ribs should be your priority. Without sugar-coating, this succulent oven roasted BBQ is one of the best in town. It is sweet, juicy, and tender and just literally melts in the mouth. The crispy potatoes side dish compliments because of its crunch.
The Fire Rib Eye is recommended for heavy meat eaters. For the healthy kind, Chicken Picatta is a good dish. It is a simple yet super impressive dish with a tasty lemon, butter and capers sauce. The Lasagne doesn’t much have red sauce in it but it sure gives justice to what Lasagne should be: creamy, meaty and cheesy.
Salad lovers will fall in love with CPK’s Thai Crunch. It will probably the best salad you’ll ever have. It’s made with crisp cabbage, crunchy vegetables and edamame but it’s the creamy peanut dressing that makes it so good.
Saving the best for last. We make space for the desserts! And we believe a gooey Chocolate Fondant Cake is the best to cap off this dining journey. This molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream on top is heaven… period, ‘nuff said. They also served Nutella Cake, Sponge Cake and Strawberry New York Cheesecake which makes choosing harder. Top refreshers would be the Fresh Lemonade, Classic Mojito and Strawberry Watermelon Melon Cooler.
