Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of the work place:
ÿ Crockery, cutlery, china & glassware prior to the service operation.
ÿ Store ordering and receipts, collection and checking.
ÿ Linen orders.
ÿ Day to day menu updates.
ÿ Condiments and general mise-en-place.
ÿ Cleanliness and outlet organization.
ÿ Perform all side duties as assigned.
Follows policies and procedures as per the F & B Department and hotel SOP.
Ensures a high quality level of service standards, customer relations and public relations at all times.
Follows hygiene standards at all times as set by EFST.
Follow the grooming Hotel Brand Standard.
Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies (IHG, ADTCA, ADFCA) and procedures.
Ensures participation in Lobster Ink/ E-learning.
To operate accurately to all accountancy procedures.
Ensures financial performance of operation by using up-selling techniques.
Partakes in all outlet activities example which one as follows:
ÿ Customer service ñ Food & Beverage.
ÿ Building customer relations.
ÿ Any other duty associated with the hotel.

Qualifications
Fluency in English is required.
