Job Summary
Position : Senior Account Executive – Female Filipino
Experience : Should have atleast five years of experience in the same field & UAE Experience in mandatory.
Qualification : Should have relevant Degree
Key skills : Should have good knowledge & Experience in accounts, Should be capable to make daily reports & analyse the data.Should have good command in excel. Should be presentable & have excellent communication skills. Can co-ordinate with Finance Controller & share the required data & Reports. Should have experience in Bank Reconcilation , Finalizing Balance sheets , Finance Audit ,Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.Should be flexible for working Hrs.Should have experience in Accounting Software.

Location : Abu Dhabi

Currently We have opening for following Personnel for Tyres/Trading Division at Abu Dhabi : –

Job Responsibilities : –

Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
-Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
-Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFOís attention
-Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
-Reconcile balance sheet accounts
-Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
-Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
-Conduct regular ledger maintenance
-Co-ordinate with Banks & process salaries through WPS
-Accounts Receivable & Payable
