Job Description

Fulfills psychometric analyses including scaling, equating, item and test analyses, test construction.
Assists in the interpretation of test records.
Formulate and direct psychometric studies to evaluate assessment system technical quality
Create student assessment instruments (tests and grading rubrics) that validate accomplishment of student learning objectives and make recommendations on the student assessment/testing process.
Summarize, analyze, and report on end-of-course student evaluation data;

Qualifications
Preferably Filipino
Must be AB Psychology / BS Psychology graduate with Board.
Experienced with psychological assessment and measurement highly preferred; computer proficiency required.
School certificate/TOR must be authenticated.
Required authenticated certificate of experience/employment certificate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED5,000.00 /month
