Diploma or certification on any relevant courses is an advantage
Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of proven great customer service

Visit patients to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided
Prepare a daily report on the rounds carried and submits it to the manager
Know the number of patients, new admissions, night problems, if any
Update admission and discharge register
Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
Handle medical billing
