Duties and responsibilities
Carry out different the different types of massage offered on the Crowne Plaza Spa menu in a professional manner and in compliance with the brand service standards.
Ensure massage room has the appropriate ambiance of calming music and lighting.
Check for the cleanliness of the massage room before starting any treatment.
Check for that the room has all the supplies needed for conducting the treatment such as massage oil, towels, bath amenities etc.
Ensure that the room including the massage bed is tastefully setup and decorated before starting treatment.
To communicate with the guests at the start to explain the treatment and check if the guests have any specific requirements.
To frequently get the guest feedback during the treatment to ensure that they are enjoying the treatment and have no pain.
Maintain good relationships with the regular guests and offer them to come for treatments regularly.
Attend staff meetings to inform and discuss every possible issue in order to ensure the success and long-term prosperity of the health club.
Carry out any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor.

Minimum 2 years of experience in spa & hospitality industry
Ideally you’ll have at least two (2) years experience in a similar role in a 5 stars hotel. Ultimately, you have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, proficient skills for written and oral communication in English. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking and admin skills.
