About the RTC:
The new Regional Treasury Centre Middle East based in Abu Dhabi streamlines funding
to subsidiaries by centralizing liquidity (physical or notional pooling) to
reduce the need for operational cash and leverages trapped cash in regulated
markets. With an optimized legal entity structure in form of Siemens Capital
Middle East Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemens Group, operations are
conducted under appropriate inter-company loan, FX and Derivative agreements
between its client Siemens entities to formalize the intra-group captive
activity. The RTC utilizes industry standard systems/ tools and technology to provide
a wholesale in-house banking product and service offering for its clients that
is capable to match corporate banking standards.
The Executive Assistant and Of?ce Manager
support the team with administrative tasks by managing all petty expenses and
organize the Cash Box process for the region. The position holder collaborates
with other Siemens units and is in charge of all administrative and
coordination tasks for SCME. In addition, he /she will prepare presentations
and media content required by the management.
What are my responsibilities?
Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the
responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
Monitors all information ?ows, including maintaining paper and electronic ?
Analyzes strategic or operational tasks, in the assigned functional area.
Gathers, analyzes and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts, and brie?ngs.
Schedules, prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings. May coordinate and establish travel arrangements. Manages in- and outbound correspondence.
Manages integration of new of?ce technologies and systems as appropriate.
Prepares annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.
Maintains con?dentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
Supports Executive or Manager in accomplishing the respective personal targets, duties and responsibilities.
Developing and leveraging relationships within and across teams and/or organizational units to achieve results
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Degree or equivalent qualification from reputable university or College At least 5-7 yearsí work experience in similar function ideally from similar organization structure.
General knowledge about bank / Financial Services Industry is highly preferred Solid Understanding of processes and working tools to ful?ll their purpose, how to effectively utilize them and how they interact with those of other treasury units. Is knowledgeable about details in laws and regulations about ethical business colleagues in compliance-related issues in routine business conduction Combines editorial and visual elements in a professional way;
Advanced IT skills. Excellent MS Office knowledge in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills combined with team work mindset Fluent level in English, Arabic and preferably German
