MUST BE A CIVIL ENGINEER with experience in Interior Fit out /marble/steel/glass or any related field.
Can provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
Can assist the estimation team from time to time with regards to extracting & creating BOQs.
Must be Knowledgable in AUTOCAD SOFTWARE.
Preparing & recording Tenders/Quotations.

Preparing RFQ packages to vendors and review quotes with engineering support for preparation of accurate estimates.

To plan, organize, prioritize and control estimating activities for all enquiries/proposals and estimates in a business-like, efficient, productive and organized manner.

Preparing reports and analysis pertinent to Sales as requested by management.

Maintaining Companyís Archive for enquiries, sales, tenders, jobs, quotes, photos and Master data for produced products & projects for fast access to hard and soft copies.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of preparing tenders and quotation.
Experience in estimation procedures and pricing strategy.
To read and understand drawings.
Glass or Interior Fit Out: 3 years
UAE: 3 years
Estimating (in UAE): 3 years
