Job Description and Requirements


Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s / College Degree.
The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position.

Experience Required

To be an inspector, you would need to have:
? Experience in: inspecting / auditing (internal/external) / quality assurance / school inspection / ISO inspections.
? A minimum of five yearsí successful teaching experience within the relevant remit;
? An additional minimum of two yearsí successful and substantial management experience in the relevant area; and experience gained from more than one education entity
? Demonstrable and up-to-date knowledge and practice in the section.
? For serving practitioners, (defined as someone who is currently working in a provision which is inspected or regulated by the MOE), you should currently work in a good or better educational entity unless in exceptional circumstances there is demonstrable evidence that the leadership of the provision is good or better and it is improving or their previous provision is good or better, if recently joined,
? For non-serving practitioners, your last provision should have been good or outstanding (if applicable)
Education Requirements
A degree in a relevant subject area in education.
? Highly proficient in both English and Arabic
? At least IELTS 7 Academic for non-Native English speakers.

? The ability to gather, analyze and evaluate evidence of learning and teaching
? The ability to make fair and firm judgements against inspection standards and indicators
? Teamwork, inter-personal and leadership skills
? Organizational ability to work to tight deadlines
? Strong decision-making skills
? Excellent spoken and written communication skills
? The ability to give feedback and advice in an assertive but sensitive way based on collated evidence
? IT skills including data analysis
? Commitment to continuing professional development
? Commitment to and understanding of school improvement and how inspection and development contribute to it
21K to 27K, work location will be Northern Emirates

AED 21,000/- per month

∑ Vacations as per academic calendar as well Training calendar
∑ Employees are entitled to an End of Service Benefit equivalent to one monthís basic salary for each complete year of continuous service calculated at the rate applicable in the final month of service. Any fraction of a year, after the completion of the first year, shall be granted to an employee in proportion to the number of days worked that year. Employees who resign or who are terminated during the first 12 months are not eligible for an End of Service Benefit or as per applicable laws.
