Job description

Identify and assess customersí needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Prepare quotations.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


Smart, Intelligent and self-motivated.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills, Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Handles confidential financial and product information appropriately.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.


Minimum 2 years previous experience working in medical and Physio Rehab companies.
