Customer Service Representative / Operataions Coordinator

AED3,000 – AED3,500 a month

Our growing cleaning business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companyís customer service policies, and be well-trained in service knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Your responsibilities.

Supporting our cleaning team and making sure that customers are satisfied.
Acting as a direct point of contact for customers and cleaners and making sure you always find a solution for both sides.
Supporting customers to use our online platform in the best possible way.
Operating our online platform to produce daily schedules for cleaners & drivers.
Actively contributing to improve our service quality and to increase the satisfaction of customers.
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions and general client concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Impact the companyís bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
You always have one goal in mind: creating long-term relationships with our customers!
What we are looking for.

You should be highly motivated to provide a first class customer service experience and help build upon our excellent service.
Ideally you already gained first hand work experience in customer service, a call-centre, hotel / housekeeping or similar.
You want to work in an intercultural and dynamic environment and have no issue with also taking on routine tasks.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy being on the phone.
You speak English on a native level. Other languages are nice to have, but not a must.
You are reliable and have a structured and independent way of working.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What we offer.

Monthly Salary Package dependant upon experience. (AED3000pm – AED3500pm).
2 Years Employment Visa.
