1 dead, 1 missing, 2 people rescued in different incidents caused by heavy rains in UAE

A woman died, another person is missing while there were two people rescued from different incidents triggered by constant heavy rains in the UAE over the weekend. 
 
In Ras Al Khaimah, an African house maid died after she suffered fatal injuries when a wall within the home she was working in collapsed on her due to the heavy rainshowers. 
 
Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, General Commander of the RAK Police said the area in Al Fahleen where the maid died was the worst hit and affected by the nearby flooded valley, as per a report from Khaleej Times.
 
A male Asian worker was also reported missing in Wadi Shaam. 
 
Rescuers were deployed over the weekend for the search operations. 
 
Rain has been lashing RAK for two days now and even in other areas in the UAE. 
 
In Al Ain, the National Center for Search and Rescue posted videos of the rescue and evacuation of two Sudanese nationals who were trapped in the middle of Wadi Ghashabah. 
 
The videos show two people being airlifted out of the wadi.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), rain will continue until Wednesday. 
 
However, NCM said the intensity will ease today.
