The National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) warns the public of the upcoming heavy rain and hail expected to take place around the UAE today, Sunday.
In a post from their official Twitter account, NCM shares that the formation of connective clouds will bring light to heavy rainfall and winds, with a chance of sandstorms and reduced visibility. Residents are likewise advised to steer clear of any activities in the sea.
The weather bulletin advised that the weather occurrences are expected to take place until 8:00 pm today.
Motorists and residents are advised to be extremely vigilant to avoid accidents on the road.
