Emirates responds to Sheikh Hamdan’s fitness challenge

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has challenged Dubai’s flag carrier Emirates Airline and H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, to take on his “30 X 30” Dubai Fitness Challenge.

In his Instagram stories, H. H. Sheikh Hamdan called the attention of “all the teams at Emirates” to sign up and join the fitness challenge which will start on October 20.

Emirates Airline quickly responded to the challenge of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan on Instagram:

“Today Emirates accepted the @dubaifitnesschallenge. From 20th October 2016, everyone at Emirates will be challenged to do 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. Watch this space for more!” they said in the post.

H. H. Sheikh Hamdan didn’t miss out the opportunity to also invite H. H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum to join the fitness challenge.

The Crown Prince of Dubai tagged the President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority in a separate Instagram story.

H. H. Sheikh Ahmed, who also serves as Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman of Emirates Airline and Chief Executive of the Emirates Group, responded to the tag by posting an Instagram post with the caption “ready”.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is a 30-day fitness challenge that aims to make Dubai the most active city in the world.

Residents in UAE, including the Dubai Police, have vowed to take part in Sheikh Hamdan’s fitness challenge.
